I did lots of things on our Indiana trip.

We stopped in Chicago to visit Jaclyn, Gallick, and Laura. I met my new friend Brody Jack. Santa came to visit but I didn't really like him. I also hung out with my 2nd cousins: Cayden, Annika, and Carmen. We were all born within a month of each other.

We drove to Indiana to enjoy Christmas with more family. I must have been a good girl because I got lots of presents!

Auntie Kelly and Auntie Micki came home for Christmas so we went downtown to Macy's 8th Floor Auditorium to see "A Day in the life of an Elf."

My Grammie knit me this hat, sweater, and mittens. It is hard to stay warm in Minnesota.

I'm gearing up for my first Christmas. (Auntie M, I'm trying to open your present)

I am really starting to like things my way. Yesterday my Mom was working around the house while Daddy took care of me. When Mommy walked in the room where I was sitting I lifted my arms up and started fussing because I wanted Mommy to pick me up. I also really like playing with my toys much better than taking naps. I have mastered eating vegetables so we moved onto fruits. Yum yum. Bananas and peaches are much more delicious than green beans or peas. Mommy even gave me a sippy cup today but I wasn't sure what to do with it so I just chewed on it instead. I still don't have any teeth but my parents think (hope) this will happen soon because I have been a drooling and spitting up machine not to mention a little fussy when I am in pain.

I got my first cold this week. I wasn't my usual smiley self until Dad got the camera out during my bath. I couldn't resist cheesing for the camera.

Also, Tivoli and I went to the Como Conservatory and Zoo. We had fun seeing all kinds of different plants as well as primates, zebras, giraffes, and buffalo.

I had my 6 month check-up today. My stats are:

Weight: 15 lbs. 2 oz - 40th percentile
Length: 24 3/4" - 25th percentile
Head: 17 1/4" - 85th percentile

I celebrated my first Thanksgiving at Grammie and Grandpa McCoy's house. I ate my first sweet potatos.

I am 6 months old so my parents took me to Target to get my picture taken.

I have become quite the little ham.

For the first time today I was able to sit up on my own and I learned cause and effect with my little musical elephant. When I pull his trunk, he plays a song. This afternoon I pulled his tail over and over and over and over......

Grammie made my Halloween costume. I am an angel. I went to my Dad's office to show off my costume.

My Mom's friend Kelly was in town so we carved pumpkins.

I like playing with my toys.

We went on another bike ride today and stopped at the playground so I could play.
